- UnixDirs3 is a totally rewritten (in assembly) successor for UnixDirsII.
- So it's main function is still the same: allowing AmigaDOS handle some
- path conventions common in various *nix systems. Within many options of
- UnixDirs3 there is now also a feature called multiparent. This allows
- you to use "..." in order to refer to the parent directory of your current
- parent directory and so on. Toggling the wildstar flag is supported too.
-
- UnixDirs3 requires OS3+, takes full advantage of it and patches all path
- handling functions including file notifications.
